Palworld has admin commands for running your server from inside the game: kick or ban a player, send a message to everyone, save the world, or teleport to someone. You unlock them with the server’s admin password, then type them in the in-game chat.

Before you start
- The server must be Live, and you need to be in the game on it.
- You need the admin password. On SLASHPLAY it’s the server’s RCON password: open the server page and find RCON password on the General tab, then reveal or copy it. You need the Control servers permission to see it.

Become an admin
- Join your server in Palworld.
- Press Enter to open the chat.
- Type
/AdminPasswordfollowed by a space and the password, and press Enter:
/AdminPassword yourRconPassword
You’re an admin until you leave the server. Next time you join, type it again.
Commands
Type these in the chat once you’re an admin. Palworld identifies players by their user ID, which /ShowPlayers lists.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/ShowPlayers | Lists the players online with their user IDs |
/Info | Shows the server’s version |
/Save | Saves the world right now |
/Broadcast message | Shows a message to everyone. Use underscores instead of spaces |
/KickPlayer userid | Kicks a player. They can join again |
/BanPlayer userid | Bans a player from the server |
/UnBanPlayer userid | Lifts a ban |
/TeleportToPlayer userid | Takes you to that player |
/TeleportToMe userid | Brings that player to you |
Don’t use /Shutdown or /DoExit. They stop the game without SLASHPLAY knowing, so your latest progress may not be saved and the server shows as crashed. To stop the server, use Save & Stop on the dashboard instead: it saves first. See Start, stop and restore.

Bans and saves
Palworld keeps its ban list in Pal/Saved/SaveGames, which is part of every save. Bans survive stopping and restoring the server. See What’s kept between runs.
Troubleshooting
/AdminPassword says the password is wrong.
Copy the RCON password again from the General tab: it’s long and easy to mistype. The join password is a different password.
The commands do nothing.
Commands start with / and only work after /AdminPassword in the same session. If you left and rejoined, type /AdminPassword again.
