Terms of Service for SLASHPLAY

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SLASHPLAY service ("Service"), operated by SLASHPLAY ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

SLASHPLAY provides a Discord bot enabling instant setup of game servers without the need for registration or subscriptions. The Service allows users to rapidly deploy and manage game servers for Counter-Strike 2 and potentially other games, utilizing cloud technology for a demand-driven, energy-efficient gaming experience.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

While no registration is necessary for casual use, accessing certain features may require setting up an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Payment

The Service operates on a pay-per-use model. Fees are based on the server setup and usage. We reserve the right to change our pricing. All transactions are conducted securely.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SLASHPLAY and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose.
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate.

7. Limitation of Liability

SLASHPLAY, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SLASHPLAY and its principals from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
