How to unban a player in CS 1.6

Type removeid STEAM_0:1:12345678; writeid in the server console to lift that SteamID's ban and save the ban list.

removeid

Removes a SteamID from the ban list.

removeid <steamid>

Examples

removeid STEAM_0:1:12345678

Unban this SteamID.

removeid STEAM_0:1:12345678; writeid

Unban and save the list.

Arguments

steamidRequired
The banned SteamID, as shown by listid.

What it does

Unbans a SteamID that was banned with banid. Run writeid afterwards so the change is saved to banned.cfg, otherwise the ban comes back after the next restart.

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS 1.6 server first.
