How to see the ban list in CS 1.6
Type listid in the server console to print every banned SteamID with the time left on each ban.
listid
Lists all SteamIDs currently banned with banid.

What it does
Prints the SteamID ban list held in memory, with the time left on each ban. Use it to find an ID before running removeid.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS 1.6 server first.
