How to block client mods on a Palworld server

Set bAllowClientMod=False in PalWorldSettings.ini and restart the server to keep players running client mods out. True, the default, lets them join.

bAllowClientMod

Toggles whether players running client mods are allowed to join the server.

What it does

Set it to False to keep modded clients off the server, for example on competitive or vanilla PvP servers.

Good to know

  • Edit PalWorldSettings.ini while the server is stopped; changes apply after a restart.
