How to limit world size on a Minecraft server
Set max-world-size=10000 in server.properties and restart the server. The world border cannot go past 10000 blocks from the center.
max-world-size
Sets the maximum radius of the world in blocks, which limits where the world border can go.
max-world-size=<value> Examples
max-world-size=10000 World stops 10,000 blocks from the center.
Arguments
valueRequired- The value to write after the equals sign.
What it does
Caps the world border radius. A smaller value keeps the world, and its disk size, from growing past a limit. For a border you can move later, /worldborder is the more common tool.
Good to know
- Changes take effect after a server restart.
Run it on your server
