How to stop logging player IPs in Minecraft
Set log-ips=false in server.properties and restart the server. Player IP addresses are no longer written to the log when they join.

What it does
Set it to false if you do not want player IPs stored in your logs, for privacy reasons.

- Changes take effect after a server restart.
