How to limit crafting to unlocked recipes in Minecraft
Run /gamerule limited_crafting true and players can only craft recipes they have unlocked. Use /recipe give to unlock some for them.

Arguments

What it does
With true, a player can only craft items whose recipe is in their recipe book. Map makers use it together with /recipe to control what players can make.
