How to set a seed on a Minecraft server
Set level-seed=-4172144997902289642 in server.properties, then create a new world. It only affects worlds generated after the change.

Sets the seed used to generate a new world.
level-seed=<seed> Examples

Arguments
seedRequired- The value to write after the equals sign.
What it does
Enter a number or text seed to generate a specific world. Empty means a random seed. It only matters when the world is created; changing it later has no effect on existing terrain.
Good to know
- Only used when a new world is generated.
- Use
/seedto see an existing world's seed.
