How to make a Minecraft server appear offline
Set enable-status=false in server.properties and restart the server. It shows as offline in the multiplayer list, but players can still join.

What it does
When false, the server does not answer server list pings, so it appears offline in the client's server list even though players can still join.
Good to know
- Changes take effect after a server restart.
