How to allow server transfers in Minecraft
Set accepts-transfers=true in server.properties and restart the server. Players sent with /transfer from another server can then join.

Arguments
valueRequired- The value to write after the equals sign.
What it does
When true, players moved by /transfer on another server can join this one. Leave it false unless you run several linked servers that pass players between them.
Good to know
- Changes take effect after a server restart.
