How to enable cheats in CS2
Type sv_cheats 1 in the server console to allow cheat commands such as noclip and god; sv_cheats 0 turns them off.

What it does
Many practice commands only work with sv_cheats 1. Players cannot earn rewards on cheat-enabled servers, so only turn it on for private practice. It is replicated, so every client gets the server's value.
