How to get infinite ammo in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type sv_infinite_ammo 1 in the server console for magazines that never empty; 2 keeps reloads but gives endless reserve.
sv_infinite_ammo
Gives players unlimited ammo, either with no reloading or with unlimited reserve ammo.

What it does
With 1, the magazine never empties so you can spray endlessly. With 2, magazines still need reloading but reserve ammo never runs out, which keeps recoil practice realistic. Requires sv_cheats 1.
