How to noclip in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type noclip in the console to fly through walls; type it again to turn it off. bind v noclip puts it on V.

Arguments

What it does
Fly around the map freely to look at angles or reach spots for lineups. Run it again or pass 0 to turn it off. Requires sv_cheats 1.
The game's own description: Toggle. Player becomes non-solid and flies. Optional argument of 0 or 1 to force enable/disable
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
