How to set up reserved slots in CS 1.6
Type sv_visiblemaxplayers 20 in the server console to show 20 slots in the browser and keep the rest free for admins. -1 shows all.

Arguments
numberRequired- Slots to advertise, or -1 to use maxplayers.
What it does
Set it below maxplayers to advertise fewer slots than the server has, which is how reserved admin slots are usually set up: the hidden slots stay free for admins. Reserved slot plugins often set it for you. Leave it at -1 if you do not reserve slots.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS 1.6 server first.
