How to list all commands in CS 1.6
Type cmdlist in the server console to print every console command, or cmdlist log to show only commands starting with log.
cmdlist
Lists every console command the server knows, optionally filtered by the start of the name.
cmdlist [prefix] Examples
cmdlist List all commands.
cmdlist log List commands whose names start with log, such as logaddress_add.
Arguments
prefixOptional- Show only commands whose names start with this text.
What it does
Prints all available console commands. Add the start of a name to show only matching commands, which is a quick way to check whether a command exists on your build. Plugins such as AMX Mod X add their own commands, which also show up here.
Good to know
- Use
cvarlistfor settings rather than commands.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS 1.6 server first.
