How to allow more players per IP in Rust
Type server.maxconnectionsperip 10 in the server console to let up to 10 players connect from the same IP address. Default is 5.

Sets how many players can be connected from the same IP address at once.

server.maxconnectionsperip 10 Allow 10 players per IP.
Arguments
countRequired- Connections allowed per IP.
What it does
Limits connection flooding from one address. Raise it if players share a network, such as at LAN events or on shared connections. The default is 5.

Run it on your server
Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
