How to stop rubber banding in Minecraft
Run /gamerule player_movement_check false and the server stops pulling players back for moving too fast. Speed hacks get easier too.

Arguments

What it does
The server rejects movement that is faster than expected and teleports the player back, which produces "moved too quickly" warnings in the log. Turning it off can help on high latency connections but makes speed hacks easier.
