Type sv_maxrate 0 in the server console to give each player unlimited bandwidth. Lower it only if the server's connection struggles.

sv_maxrate

Sets the maximum bandwidth each player can use, in bytes per second.

sv_maxrate <bytes per second>

Examples

sv_maxrate 0

No cap on player bandwidth.

Arguments

bytes per secondRequired
Maximum rate. 0 for unlimited.

What it does

0 means unlimited. Only lower it if the server's connection is struggling.

The game's own description: Max bandwidth rate allowed on server, 0 == unlimited

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
