How to stop a CS2 server
Type quit in the server console to stop the server at once, disconnecting everyone. sv_shutdown waits for the match to end.
quit
Stops the server immediately.

Blocked on SLASHPLAY: use Restart or Stop on the server page.
What it does
Everyone is disconnected at once. Use sv_shutdown to wait until the match is over.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
