How to set the server region in CS:S
Type sv_region 3 in the server console so the browser lists your server under Europe. 255 shows it in every region.
sv_region
Sets the region the server reports to the server browser so players can filter by location.

Pick the region where the server is hosted. 255 means the whole world, which shows up under every region filter.
