How to turn on multicore rendering in CS:S
Type mat_queue_mode 2 in your game console for multithreaded rendering, which can raise FPS. -1 lets the game choose.

What it does
-1 lets the game choose, 0 is single threaded and 2 is multithreaded.

Run it on your server
