How to bind jump to scroll wheel in CS:S
Type bind mwheeldown +jump in your game console to jump by scrolling down; bind space +jump puts jump back on space.

What it does
The + command runs while the key is held and its - version runs when you let go. It is bound to space by default.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
