How to bind crouch in CS:S
Type bind ctrl +duck in your game console and you crouch while Ctrl is held. Put any other key in place of ctrl to move it.

What it does
The + command runs while the key is held and its - version runs when you let go. It is bound to ctrl by default.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
