What it does
In Half-Life, monsters stop noticing the player who types it. Counter-Strike has no monsters and bots do not use this, so it has no practical effect. It also needs sv_cheats 1.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS 1.6 server first.
