How to save IP bans on a TF2 server

Type writeip in the server console to save IP bans to banned_ip.cfg. exec banned_ip.cfg in server.cfg reloads them on start.

What it does

Load the file with exec banned_ip.cfg in server.cfg so IP bans survive a restart.
