What it does

With random crits on, most weapons have a chance to deal a critical hit. Competitive configs turn them off for consistency, and many community servers do as well. Guaranteed crits from game mechanics, like Kritzkrieg or backstabs, are not affected.

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
