1 disables the random damage spread.

What it does

Normally damage varies slightly from hit to hit. With this set to 1, hits deal their base damage every time. Competitive configs keep it at 1.

The game's own description: Toggles the random damage spread applied to all player damage.

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
