How to limit Pyros per team in TF2

Type tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro 1 in the server console to cap Pyros at one per team in tournament mode. 0 blocks Pyro entirely.

tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro

Sets the maximum number of Pyros per team in tournament mode. -1 means no limit.

tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro <limit>

Examples

tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro 1

Allow at most 1 per team.

tf_tournament_classlimit_pyro -1

Remove the limit.

Arguments

limitRequired
Max players of this class per team. -1 unlimited, 0 bans the class.

What it does

League configs use the tournament class limits to enforce format rules, such as the 6v6 limits on Pyros. 0 blocks the class entirely. The limit only applies while mp_tournament is on.

The game's own description: Tournament mode per-team class limit for Pyros.

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
