How to turn on Highlander mode in TF2
Type mp_highlander 1 in the server console to allow only one of each class per team, the 9v9 Highlander format.

What it does
Highlander is the 9v9 format where each team has exactly one Scout, one Soldier and so on. League configs for Highlander turn this on.
The game's own description: Allow only 1 of each player class type.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
