How to change the vote kick ban time in TF2
Type sv_vote_kick_ban_duration 30 in the server console to keep vote kicked players out for 30 minutes. 0 lets them rejoin at once.
sv_vote_kick_ban_duration
Sets how many minutes a player removed by vote kick is banned from rejoining. 0 disables the ban.

Arguments
minutesRequired- Ban length. 0 means no ban.

Stops vote kicked players from reconnecting right away.
The game's own description: The number of minutes a vote ban should last. (0 = Disabled)
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
