How to turn vote kick on or off in TF2
Type sv_vote_issue_kick_allowed 1 in the server console to let players call kick votes, or 0 to block them. Needs sv_allow_votes 1.

What it does
Vote kicks are a common way for players to remove cheaters when no admin is around, but can be abused by groups. Requires sv_allow_votes 1.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
