How to change your command rate in TF2
Type cl_cmdrate 66 in your game console to send 66 command packets a second, matching TF2's 66 tick servers.
cl_cmdrate
Sets how many command packets per second your game sends to the server.

Arguments
packetsRequired- Packets per second, 10 to 100.
What it does
Higher values send your movement and shots more often. Players usually match it to the 66 tick server rate. Limited by the server's sv_mincmdrate and sv_maxcmdrate.
