How to stop players getting downed in Rust
Type server.woundingenabled False in the server console so fatally hurt players die at once instead of going down wounded.

What it does
When on, a player who takes fatal damage can be downed and revived by teammates. Turn it off for instant deaths, as on some combat-focused servers.
