How to check the combat log in Rust

Type server.combatlog "PlayerName" in the server console to see who that player hit, with what and for how much damage.

server.combatlog

Shows the recent combat log: who hit whom, with what, for how much damage.

server.combatlog [player]

Examples

server.combatlog

Show your own combat log.

server.combatlog "PlayerName"

Review another player's fights.

Arguments

playerOptional
Name or Steam64 ID whose log you want (admin only).

What it does

With no argument it shows your own log. Admins can pass a player to read theirs, which helps when reviewing a cheating or combat report. Players see entries after the delay set by server.combatlogdelay.

The game's own description: Get the player combat log

Run it on your server

Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
