How to stop a demo recording in Rust

Type demo.stop "PlayerName" in the server console to stop recording that player's demo and save the file.

demo.stop

Stops a running server-side demo recording for a player and saves the file.

demo.stop <player>

Stop and save the recording.

Arguments

playerRequired
Name or Steam64 ID of the recorded player.

What it does

Ends the recording started with demo.record and finalises the demo file.

Run it on your server

Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
