How to unmute a player in Rust

Type global.unmute "PlayerName" in the server console so that player can send chat messages again.

global.unmute

Removes a chat mute from a connected player.

unmute <player>

Lift a mute.

Arguments

playerRequired
Name, partial name or Steam64 ID of a connected player.

Lets a muted player send chat messages again.

Run it on your server

Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
