How to make Pals get hungry slower in Palworld

Set PalStomachDecreaceRate=0.500000 in PalWorldSettings.ini and restart the server, and Pals get hungry at half the speed, so they need less feeding.

Sets how fast Pals get hungry. Lower values mean less feeding.

rateRequired: Multiplier, 1.000000 is normal.
