How to loot other players' death drops in Palworld

Set bCanPickupOtherGuildDeathPenaltyDrop=True in PalWorldSettings.ini and restart the server so players can pick up what members of other guilds drop on death.

Toggles whether players can loot items dropped on death by players from other guilds.
