How to increase Pals per base in Palworld
Set BaseCampWorkerMaxNum=20 in PalWorldSettings.ini and restart the server to allow 20 working Pals at each base. The default is 15 and the maximum is 50.
BaseCampWorkerMaxNum
Sets the maximum number of Pals working at each base, up to 50. Higher values raise server load.
BaseCampWorkerMaxNum=<count> Examples
BaseCampWorkerMaxNum=20 A few more workers per base.
Arguments
countRequired- Pals per base, up to 50.
What it does
More working Pals per base speed up production but each one costs CPU, so raise it with care on busy servers.
The game's own description: Maximum number of Pals per base (max 50). Increasing this value raises processing load.
