How to set the server region in GMod
Type sv_region 3 in the server console to list the server under Europe in the browser; 0 is US East and 1 is US West.
sv_region
Sets which world region the server is listed under in the server browser.
sv_region <code> Examples
sv_region 3 Europe.
sv_region 0 US East.

What it does
Players filter the browser by region, so set this to where the server is hosted.
The game's own description: The region of the world to report this server in.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
