How to set the minimum update rate in GMod

Type sv_minupdaterate 33 in the server console so every client gets at least 33 world updates per second, keeping movement smoother.

sv_minupdaterate

Sets the fewest world updates per second the server sends each client.

What it does

Clients with a lower cl_updaterate are raised to this value. Higher values keep movement smoother for players with poor settings.
