What it does
Many debug and fun commands only work while this is 1. It also allows any cheat-flagged setting to be changed, so turn it on only on private or development servers.

Good to know
- Setting it back to 0 resets cheat-flagged settings to their defaults.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
