What it does
Choose whether spectators hear only each other, everyone, the team they watch, only themselves or nobody. Restricting it stops spectators from relaying what they hear.
The game's own description: Determines who spectators can hear: 0: only spectators; 1: all players; 2: spectated team; 3: self only; 4: nobody
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
