How to allow more spectators in CS2
Type mp_spectators_max 5 in the server console so up to five players can join the spectator team.

Arguments
playersRequired- Maximum number of spectators.
What it does
Players beyond this limit cannot switch to the spectator team. Raise it for matches with casters, coaches or admins watching from the server.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
