How to cycle grenades in CS2
Type bind 4 slot4 in your game console so each press of 4 cycles through the grenades you carry.

What it does
Selects slot 4, your cycles through the grenades you carry. It is what the number key 4 does by default. If you have nothing in that slot, nothing happens.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
