What it does

Selects slot 3, your melee weapon. It is what the number key 3 does by default. If you have nothing in that slot, nothing happens.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
