How to set your view angle in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type setang -10 90 0 in the console to aim at pitch -10 and yaw 90, for exact lineups with setpos.
setang
Sets your view angles: pitch, yaw and optional roll.
setang <pitch> <yaw> [roll] Examples
setang -10 90 0 Look slightly up and to a set direction.
Arguments
pitchRequired- Up and down angle.
yawRequired- Left and right angle.
rollOptional- Roll angle.
What it does
Use it with setpos to stand and aim exactly for a lineup. Requires sv_cheats 1.
The game's own description: Snap player eyes to specified pitch yaw <roll:optional> (must have sv_cheats).
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
