What it does
With 1, the warmup timer stops and the server stays in warmup indefinitely. It is a common line in practice and scrim configs. Run mp_warmup_end or set it back to 0 to let the match start.
The game's own description: Set to 1 to stay in warmup indefinitely. Set to 0 to resume the timer.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
