How to log damage on a CS2 server

Type mp_logdetail 3 in the server console to write attacks on both enemies and teammates to the server log.

mp_logdetail

Controls whether attacks are written to the server log.

mp_logdetail <0|1|2|3>

What it does

Log damage between enemies, teammates or both. Match statistics tools need this.

Good to know

  • Competitive mode sets it to 3.

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
